Life doesn’t always go to plan, so sometimes you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, I kindly request that you give me at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, I will require the full cost of the treatment.
Whilst these policies are not nice to enforce, they are a necessity to ensure all my business running costs are still covered, despite the lost income from a cancelled appointment.
